Two nights of primative (tent/popup - no electric) camping is included with your registratrion. All other camping/lodging is your responsibility. We are currently trying to negotiate some discounts at some of the area hotels to help keep the cost down . We hope to have these details worked out soon.

For those camping at SMORR they DO NOT allow any firewood brought in from outside the park due to problems with insects that could destroy their trees. Firewood is available for purchase at the campgrounds or if you bring a chainsaw you can get permission to cut in some areas of the park for free.

SMORR Camping

43 Electric sites available. Brand new bathroom and shower facility that has all the comforts of home (flushing toilets, hot water, very private, central heat and air. Water is available beside the gate house and in front of the shower houses with the dumpsite there also. Also lots of room for primative camping! Electric sites are $35 for two nights and should be reserved by calling (417) 827-3952.

Seymour Country Inn 4/20/2010 - We have just been notified that the Seymour Inn has closed. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

The Seymour Country Inn in Seymour, Mo., is just off Highway 60 at 1000 E Clinton Rd. and they offer complimentary continental breakfasts, business services, laundry facilities, and parking for truck and recreational vehicles. Pets are welcome.
