Official call for club/team proposals for Crawl 4 Christ 2011. If your club would like to host the next Crawl 4 Christ we invite you to submit a proposal for review. If you aren't part of a club but have a team of people that are willing to organize and host the event you are welcome to submit a proposal as well. Please include the following information with your proposal and email it to christiancrawlers4x4@gmail.com

• Name of your club or group
• # of members of your club or group
• Proposed Event Location (city/state)
• Name of ORV park or Trails area
• Type of trails (number of trails, approx. miles of trails, trail ratings)
• Event Facilities available (picnic area, playgrounds, shop, covered meeting areas, restroom facilities, restaurants)
• Local Lodging available
• Local Camping facilities available (Please describe size of campground, if electric sites are available, and what facilities are available, projected cost and proximity to trails)
• Parking available for tow vehicles and trailers
• Proposed dates
• Approximate registration cost
• Preliminary Schedule of Events
• Briefly describe your plans for the event
• Attendance goals

The group chosen to host the event will have access to the forms, releases, planning tools, contacts list, etc, used for Crawl 4 Christ 2010 and use of Crawl4Christ.com through UCORA.

The deadline for proposals is August 31st 2010. We would like to have a decision made in September sometime.
